Nicole wants bigger breasts so she visits her consultant Dr Billy who has quite an unorthodox approach to his assessment of her needs. Initially its all straight forward nothing out of the ordinary but things progress to a whole range of "Tests" including a tit wank, blow job arse fucking and the ultimate for Dr Billy an Anal Creampie finish when he shoots a huge load up Nicole's arse only for her to push it out like a champ. Needless to say she is going back again soon she is a big fan of hands on consultations !
